Every client deserves a customized solution, however we also recognize that often a client deserves to understand some basic package solutions that we may offer. Below you will find several package programs with their component parts as well as approximate duration. Executive Advisory Role- Designed for the P&L owners who want to access key insights that they may not have the time to stay abreast of. Key components are ALWAYS customized here. Often includes-

  • On call access to a DDI Leader 5 days a week or more
  • Email access to a DDI Leader 364 days a year
  • Face to face meetings as client needs (usually quarterly) with a DDI Leader
  • Access to the entire DDI support system with a 2 business day turn around for most requests
  • An annual commitment
Platinum Package- Designed for business leaders who need key support across many digital challenges with a strategic perspective. Often includes-
  • Weekly conference calls with a DDI leader
  • Quarterly face to face on site meetings with a core leadership group at the business location or off site
  • A digital strategic planning session to kickoff the engagement
  • Digital revenue enhancement support
  • Website review and support
  • A plan on how to integrate non digital assets into a comprehensive strategy for the business
  • A team review and critique for the business leaders
  • A competitive review
  • Often includes some short to medium term DDI personnel being on site performing functional tasks for the business
  • An annual commitment

Diamond Package- Designed for business leaders who need key support across many digital challenges with a tactical perspective. Often includes-

  • Weekly conference calls with a DDI leader
  • Quarterly face to face on site meetings with a core leadership group at the business location or off site
  • A digital planning session to kickoff the engagement
  • Specific area of sales, marketing and/or operations being investigated, reviewed and improved usually with a specific target set by the partner in advance
  • A specific need area being supported and/or performed by DDI personnel
  • Often includes some short to medium term DDI personnel being on site performing functional tasks for the business
  • An quarterly commitment

Pinch Hitter Package- Designed for the business with an open role and an active need. Often includes-

  • An on site DDI personnel performing specific tasks needed by the business
  • Weekly conference calls with a DDI leader
  • Review of your active search and suggested improvements
  • Creation of a play book to retain institutional knowledge by DDI personnel

Revenue Optimization Package- Designed for the business leader with revenue questions or concerns. Often includes-

  • A deep dive on revenue drivers within the business
  • An analysis of your teams use of revenue channels and products
  • A customer perspective on your offerings
  • An examination of your cost structure for efficiencies
  • A review of your competitive set
  • Usually a 60-90 day engagement with action items for revenue in the quarter for the quarter when appropriate
